Live Chat & WhatsApp Support

Get help through live chat, WhatsApp or the AI assistant.

There are several ways to get help — you can start a chat even without logging in.

  • Open support Tap the **Support** handle on the right edge of the page to open the menu.
  • Chat with an admin Choose **Chat with Admin**. As a guest, start by giving your name, mobile number and topic.
  • WhatsApp Choose **WhatsApp Chat** to continue the conversation on WhatsApp.
  • AI assistant If it is enabled, the **AI Assistant** can answer instantly.

You can attach images (max 5 MB; PNG/JPG/WEBP/GIF).

Mark "This is an emergency" if it is urgent, so you get a faster reply.

If you chat while signed in, your earlier chat is resumed.

Never send your password or OTP in a chat.
