Profile & Account Settings

Update your name, email, photo and password.

The **Settings** tab in your dashboard is where you manage your profile and security.

  • Open Settings From the dashboard sidebar, choose the **Settings** tab.
  • Update your profile You can change your **Name** and **Email**. Your **mobile number cannot be changed** — it is your login identity.
  • Add a photo Upload a profile photo (max 5 MB; JPG/PNG/WebP). It is automatically re-encoded to an 800×800 WebP.
  • Change your password Enter your current and new password (at least 8 characters) to change it.

A clear, front-facing photo helps other people recognise you.

Your name and email stay private; on public donor cards only your number is shown, and only after the location step.
